If you have an investment portfolio in mutual funds/stocks or an IRA, ask yourself the following questions:
Do you feel you have met your investment goals?
Do you have an Investment Policy Statement?
Are your fees reasonable?
Does your broker have YOUR best interests in mind?
Has the growth/management of your portfolio met your expectations?
Are you happy with the amount of risk you are taking?
If you answered NO to any of these questions, then something is wrong. You should talk to your current broker to see if you can turn the NO’s into YES’s. If that is not possible, maybe it’s time for a change. There are many other options out there, and you can turn the no’s into yes’s – you just have to make up your mind to do something about it.
